The 2018 Winter Olympics have reached an end and the world is going wild over the various sports stars who showed off their skills. Check out these 5 stars of the Olympics and all the accomplishments they have achieved.

 

  1. Shaun White (USA)- Shaun Roger White (born September 3, 1986) is an American professional snowboarder, skateboarder and musician. He is a three-time Olympic gold medalist. He holds the record for the most X-Games gold medals and most Olympic gold medals by a snowboarder.

 

  1. Lindsey Vonn (USA)- Lindsey Vonn (born October 18, 1984) is an American World Cup ski racer. Vonn has won four World Cup overall championships. Vonn is one of the only women to accomplish this.

 

  1. Yuzuru Hanyu (Japan)- Yuzuru Hanyu ( born December 7, 1994) is a Japanese figure skater who competes in the Men’s Singles Discipline. He is a two-time World Champion and is very popular at this year’s Olympics. He is known for his triple flips and love for Winnie the Pooh teddy bears.

 

  1. Justin Kripps & Alex Kopacz (Canada)- Justin Kripps and brakeman Alex Kopacz are new 2018 Olympic Bobsledders. This year competed in the 2018 two-man bobsled competition. This two-man band went up to 80 miles per hour and won gold.

 

  1. Mikaela Shiffrin (USA)- Mikaela Pauline Shiffrin (born March 13, 1995) is an American Olympic gold medalist and World Cup alpine ski racer with the United States Ski Team. She is the reigning Overall World Cup champion, the reigning world champion in slalom, and a four-time winner of the World Cup discipline title in that event.
