HOW TO MAKE RASMALAI?

Rasmalai is a delicious Pakistani dessert. It is a great treat which you can have any day. It is also simple to make.

Ingredients:

  • Ricotta cheese (15 oz.)
  • Sugar (½ cup)
  • Crushed pistachios
  • Milk (2 liters)
  • Pinch of saffron

Procedure:

1. Mix the cheese and sugar in a square baking dish and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 25-30 min. (until it’s slightly brown)

2. Let it cool down and then cut in cubes

3. Boil 2 liters of milk with saffron

4. Add the cheese and nuts to the milk and cook for 10 min on low heat

5. Cool in the refrigerator

6. Enjoy!
